Honeywell Rth2510b1000/e1 Thermostat User Manual
I wanted a thermostat that was a little more modern than my 25-yr-old mercury bulbs which still worked great so bought a Honeywell at Home Depot only to find out that it would not work with my Heat Pump which has Emergency Heat. So I went off to a variety of websites and found the description of the Honeywell RTH3100C1002/A seeming to be exactly what I needed. After checking some prices elsewhere, Honeywell came up with the best. Shipped quickly and the installation was almost a breeze. Turns out I had a T wire in the old thermostat which I didn't know where to connect. A quick call to Honeywell got a very astute technician who said I didn't need the T wire in the new thermostat. Tape it off and let it hang in the wind. Connected all the others per instructions and the new thermostat looks and works great. Total removal of old and installation of new took about an hour total including the technician call and working with small wires and screws when my hands are made for much bigger things.
